The Antimonopoly Committee of Ukraine has granted a merger clearance to Ola Fine LLC<\/a> to control a majority of shares in Parus Holding LLC. This transaction, which includes the acquisition of a share of the authorized capital, will have a significant impact on the country’s economic landscape.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

This is stated<\/a> in the AMCU’s decision of November 30.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Now Ola Fine LLC, managed by ARS Capital fund with the participation of businessman Maksym Krippa, has the green light to implement strategic decisions in the field of asset management. The YouControl service confirms the data on the ultimate beneficiary.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Parus Holding LLC, which was owned by businessman Vadym Stolar<\/a> through the Genesis fund, is important in the field of shopping and office centers in the center of Kyiv. This company includes Advanced Technologies Plus LLC, which has a significant influence on the real estate market in the capital.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Real estate market experts believe that the deal not only stimulates competition in the market, but also opens up new opportunities for innovation and development of key sectors of the economy. Strengthening the positions of both companies may prove to be an important step towards ensuring the stable and sustainable development of Ukrainian business.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

According to the developers, the total height of this skyscraper is 136 meters, and with the antenna it reaches an incredible 156 meters. There are 33 floors in this building, including two technical floors.<\/p>\n\n\n
